Ingredients and Preparation
- Combine beef, hoisin sauce, chili sauce, and black pepper in a large resealable plastic bag. Marinate 30 minutes to overnight.
- Preheat broiler to high heat. (Alternatively, a grill may be used.) Thread skewers, alternating beef, bell pepper, and scallions.
- Broil skewers 5-7 minutes, or until desired degree of doneness is achieved.
